The Orlando Police Department is seeking a Police Officer to perform professional law enforcement duties, maintaining order, protecting the public, and investigating suspects. The role operates under the general supervision of a Police Sergeant.

Starting pay ranges from $69,932 to $116,929 per year, with incentives. Newly hired officers with two or more years of experience may be placed at Grade 2 with $74,559 plus incentives. A twelve-month probationary period applies.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate meeting state standards.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Perform professional law enforcement work to maintain order, protect the public, detect and prevent crime, direct and control traffic, and investigate suspects involved in criminal activity.
• Work under general supervision of Police Sergeant.
