The Borough of Bell Acres seeks to establish an eligibility list to hire for a Full-Time Police Officer. Applications are accepted at the Bell Acres Borough Office in Sewickley, PA, with the test dates scheduled this fall. Qualified candidates will meet Act 120 qualifications, be a U.S. citizen, and maintain fitness to perform duties.

Selected officers will join a close-knit municipal police force and serve the Bell Acres community with integrity and community policing initiatives.

POLICE OFFICER

BOROUGH OF BELL ACRES

The Borough of Bell Acres Civil Service Commission is seeking to establish an eligibility list to hire for a Full-Time Police Officer. Applications may be obtained at the Bell Acres Borough Office located at 1153 Camp Meeting Road, Sewickley PA 15143 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Applications are due by 4:00 pm November 6, 2026 at the Bell Acres Borough building. The physical agility test and written test will be on November 17, 2026.

Requirements:

• Age 21 years or older
• Diploma from accredited high school or GED
• Successfully completed Act 120 qualifications
• United States citizen
• Physically and mentally fit
• Legally operate a motor vehicle
