The University of Notre Dame Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full-time Police Officer.
The Notre Dame Police Department (NDPD) seeks highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who want to work in a positive team environment. Preferred candidates are currently certified law enforcement officers; however, applicants meeting minimum requirements will also be considered.
Applicants will undergo interviews, background checks, psychological evaluations, and drug screening. Non-certified applicants will also need to pass written tests and physical agility exams aligned with Indiana standards. If hired non-certified, attendance and successful completion of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Tier 1 course are required.
