Job summary

Qualifications

Experience: Prior janitorial or general maintenance experience preferred but notnecessary. Must pass a police background security screening and fingerprinting due to sensitive station access.Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent.License/Certification: Must possess a valid Kansas drivers license.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general building cleanliness, cleaning chemicals, supplies, and maintenance is required. Integrity and ability to work independently.Working Conditions: This position is primarily an indoor position, however certainduties will occasionally require being outside in all types of weather. Completion ofvarious duties will expose the employee to fumes or airborne particles, movingmechanical parts and vibration. Working conditions include the ability to workindependently and to deal with adverse conditions and limited resources.
