The City of New Hope Police Station is seeking an intermediate administrative support staff member to handle clerical duties, serve as the main contact for the public, and assist with department policies and procedures.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with prior office experience, strong data entry, and excellent customer service skills. CPR/First Aid certification and CJIS Basic Operator Course are preferred, with consideration for a night shift schedule.

You will perform intermediate administrative support work providing a variety of routine and complex clerical duties to support the operating policies and procedures of the police department, serving as the main point of contact for the general public, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the office supervisor. Desired hours are 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. but a slight variation may be possible.

High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in an office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
