Qualifications

• High school graduation with GPA ≥ 2.0 upon graduation.
• Must be at least 17 and not more than 19 at appointment.
• U.S. citizenship or five years resident; authorized to work in U.S.
• Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license within one year of hire.
• Physically able to perform training and duties; able to pass background check.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to work independently.
• Commitment to top‑quality customer service and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Assisting citizens via telephone and in-person.
• Operating radio console.
• Performing administrative/clerical duties such as typing, filing, data entry.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
