Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level UAM Crew Member to support utility asset management projects across Oklahoma City and statewide locations. The role is on-site, permanent, and requires extensive travel (75-100%).

You will work in a team, perform manual labor, and help restore and maintain utility infrastructure with safety as a priority. Ideal candidates will be willing to travel extensively, follow all site procedures, and contribute to a collaborative field environment.

Responsibilities

• Excavating holes around utility poles as required for site preparation.
• Backfilling holes upon completion of work.
• Assisting in the installation of steel trusses utilizing pneumatic equipment.
• Perform manual labor, including carrying and unloading equipment and supplies.
• Perform strenuous physical activities including extensive walking, lifting, and carrying heavy equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at job sites including clean-up tasks.
• Professionally interact with landowners to ensure clear communication and understanding of site activities.
• Travel extensively (75-100%) as required by project demands.
