What you'll do:

• Drive and/or operate diesel or gasoline-powered equipment to/from/on the jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck)
• Place Utility Poles
• Locate other buried wiring/cabling
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Flagging (directing safe coordination of vehicles and equipment within active work areas)
• Property or worksite restoration, inspect equipment, work quality, and adherence to specifications
• Work in congested or remote areas as needed
• Work with arms above shoulder level and at variable heights
• Perform general construction work, including physical labor such as using hand tools and lifting materials up to 75 lbs

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with installation, repair, or maintenance of underground utilities, specifically Pole Truck experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
• Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safety standards
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Availability to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
