Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and safety-conscious.
• Experience with wooden pole inspection preferred but not required.
• Able to read maps and navigate congested areas.
• Independent time and workload management is required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and supervise a crew of 1–5 people.
• Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily/weekly reports.
