Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson for Utility Pole Inspection GOS to lead a field crew in routine maintenance and remedial work on wooden utility poles. The role includes a required training period (up to 8 weeks) both on-the-job and in classroom instruction, with a company vehicle after successful completion of training.

The position involves travel, PPE provision, and career development in pole inspection with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and productive field work.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be computer and smartphone literate.
• Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.
• Independent time and workload management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1 to 5 field workers.
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily/weekly reports.
