Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration are completed safely and to company standards.

You will mentor crew members, manage productivity, and interact professionally with customers and utility representatives while working outdoors; travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Maintain equipment and documentation accurately and timely.
• Represent Osmose professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
