Job summary

Cavender Auto Country-Polaris is seeking a talented Polaris Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Columbus, TX. You will greet customers, guide them through the Polaris sales process, and showcase power sports options with demonstrations and test drives.

You will use our CRM to track interactions, present dealer financing options, and follow up to ensure high customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required, and a positive attitude plus strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Powersports sales or customer service experience preferred.
• No experience required.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to complete background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and guide them through Polaris sales process.
• Demonstrate Polaris products and conduct test drives with professional presentation.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions and maintain relationships.
• Present deal structure and financing options to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing training on Polaris products and features.
• Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including Polaris power sports selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used Polaris
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new Polaris products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of Polaris.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

• Powersports Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• POSTIVE ATTITUDE
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED is required
