Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen and sanitation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portions and ensuring proper temperatures and attractive presentation.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen areas and equipment; follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Maintains HACCP standards and follows company policies and procedures.
