THE JOB:
As a Poker Supervisor , you will lead the action in our vibrant Poker Room, overseeing the daily activities of our team and ensuring every guest enjoys top-notch service during every game! Your role will involve fostering an energetic atmosphere while keeping everything running smoothly and in line with all regulations. If you’re ready to bring your passion for poker and leadership skills to the table, we want you on our team!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Supervise assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives

  • Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes

  • Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction

  • Actively listen to employees and customers for input to provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs

  • Greet players and maintain the list for seating them into the poker games

  • Explain games and procedures and assist the guests with any necessary requests


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Poker Dealer or Supervisor

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$25.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
