Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Dual Rate Dealer who can fluidly switch between Dealer and Floor Supervisor roles to ensure the smooth operation of the Poker area. You will safeguard assets, monitor play for integrity, and provide a safe, high-energy guest experience.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, knowledge of gaming regulations, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers full-time hours in a bustling casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical school education in dealing specified games.

Responsibilities

• Deal the games and monitor table monies.
• Control gaming cards and equipment.
• Protect assets by monitoring guest activity.
• Analyze gameplay for cheating or irregularities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Pay winnings and collect losses.
• Ensure guest and employee safety.
• Supervise dealers and manage table game operations.
• Record fills/credits, player ratings, markers and rundowns.
• Train and develop staff.
