Hollywood Casino Morgantown is seeking a Poker Dealer to conduct poker games, maintain the table bank, and ensure compliance with house rules and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.

You will handle bets and payouts, maintain integrity of the game, and provide friendly guest service while complying with safety and policy requirements. This role offers opportunities in a dynamic gaming environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics skills.
• Money-handling skills.
• Thorough understanding of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.
• Ability to deal all Hold’em and Stud type poker games.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Capacity to sit and deal for long periods (2–4 hours).
• Ability to make sound professional decisions in noisy and often confusing environments.
• Ability to retain composure and professional demeanor during guest and employee complaints.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the assets of the company.
• Conduct poker games and ensure accurate table bank and pot calculations.
• Adhere to poker room policies and procedures.
• Inspect the working environment for safety hazards.
• Stay informed of all corporate, property, and Poker Department policies, procedures, and upcoming events.
• Perform brush‑duty as needed.
• Keep all accrued tips.
• Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
