MGM Resorts International is seeking a part-time Poker Room Dealer for Beau Rivage in Biloxi. You will professionally deal poker games, maintain table integrity, and deliver exceptional guest service while promoting the MGM Rewards program.

The starting rate is $5.55 per hour plus tips. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain poker table banks, assist with chip runner responsibilities, and ensure accuracy of table pots and rake collections.
• Communicate any irregular play, disputes, or unusual activity to supervisors promptly.
• Clearly explain game instructions, rules, and procedures to players as needed.
• Build strong guest relationships and promote MGM Rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment for all guests.
• Deliver elevated guest service by anticipating guest needs and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Notify leadership and Security of unusual events, missing items, or potential theft concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth poker room operations.
