  • Experience in conducting poker games.
  • Safeguards the assets of the company.
  • Conduct the poker game.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot.
  • Adhere to poker room policies and procedures.
  • Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards.
  • Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and procedures, and upcoming events.
  • Required to do BRUSH-duty as needed.
  • Poker Dealer will keep all accrued tips.
  • Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Money handling skills.
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.
  • Ability to deal all Hold’em and Stud type poker games.
  • Ability to communicate, understand, and read and write the English language.
  • Possess the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods).
  • The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.
  • The ability to retain composure and professional demeanor in times of guest and employee displeasures, requests, and/or complaints.
STARTING SALARY

$5.00 per hour (plus collecting all tokes).
