Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and conversing in English with all guests; offering assistance and information to those interested in gaming.
  • Providing fast, flawless, personalized service to players.
  • Building and maintaining rapport with guests.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the games dealt.
  • Conducting assigned games according to procedure.
  • Complying with all company, departmental policies, state gaming regulations, and internal controls.
  • Ensuring proper game protection.
  • Maintaining appropriate game pace for all players.
  • Ensuring payouts are made quickly and accurately.
  • Filling and crediting tables by verifying cheques.
  • Opening and closing tables by verifying cheque inventory.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality in all company matters.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • MUST have completed Dealers School or have six (6) months of dealer experience with knowledge of all aspects of the games dealt.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High energy and proactive approach to dealing with issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately for payoffs.
  • Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
