**You MUST have basic knowledge of vintage Pokémon trading cards to be eligible for this role. You must be able to identify vintage products (booster boxes, booster packs, etc.) and build a highly aesthetic and functional website with this knowledge.**

E&A Collectibles is a leading online trading card store based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in rare Pokémon and other TCG collectibles. Founded in 2020, E&A has established expertise in sourcing and authenticating collectibles for commercial and private customers.

We are a fast-growing ecommerce business managed by a team of two. We are looking to hire a website developer / designer fluent and highly experienced with Shopify to rebuild our existing website. The role will require basic vintage Pokémon TCG knowledge and expertise in website development, including back-end coding to create a custom and professional website. The hire will work very closely with our founder and CEO.

Role Description

This is a short-term contract role to complete a website project, with potential for future work as we grow our business and website needs. While our Company is based in Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA, we expect the role to be entirely remote.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and building ecommerce websites. Consumer product experience is a plus.
• High aesthetic standards, fluency with Shopify and back-end coding knowledge required to create a professional ecommerce website.
• Basic knowledge base of vintage Pokémon trading cards and willingness to continue learning during the job. We will test all candidates prior to hiring and reject those who don’t meet this key requirement.
• Professional, presentable, strong communication, self-motivated and takes pride in his/her work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Web Design, or relevant field.
• US citizen, fluent in English, and based in the United States.

Compensation

• We plan to pay the "market" rate for a highly experienced and competent developer; to be discussed further based on scope of project.
