Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

• Ability to execute plans and improve operations.
• Experience in inventory or OR supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform case cart picking for procedural supplies in OR inventory locations.
• Assist clinicians by ensuring all preference card listed products are available.
• Audit and reconcile post-procedure documentation and inventory.
• Assist with inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Document accurately in the Epic Medical Record during procedures.
• Enhance picking and documentation processes to improve OR efficiency.

Role Overview

As a Point of Use Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting procedural case cart picking and inventory management in the OR. You¿ll work closely with clinicians, including RN Circulators, Scrub Techs, and Physicians, to ensure all necessary supplies are available for procedures. What You Will Do

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of prior work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively execute plans, achieve results, and improve operations.
• Strong workflow management and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based software programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in an Operating Room or Procedural environment, either clinical or Supply Chain oriented.
