Scheels is seeking a Help Desk- Point of Sale Specialist to support our POS systems across Scheels locations. You will diagnose issues, train staff, and drive successful implementation of new technologies with a focus on outstanding customer service.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel to new store locations for setup and training is expected.

The Help Desk- Point of Sale Specialist will join a fast paced point of sales team to assist our multiple store locations with troubleshooting register problems and launching new technology and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a Business related field and/or; retail and cash register experience preferred
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
