You will mentor staff, coordinate workflows, ensure testing accuracy, uphold quality and regulatory standards, and partner with clinicians and leadership to support donor and patient care.

A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or clinical laboratory science, plus 3+ years POC testing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, are required.

A typical day for a Lab Supervisor may include:

• A Point-of-Care Supervisor manages and coordinates point-of-care testing activities,
• The supervisor oversees staff, ensures testing is performed accurately and safely, and maintains compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards,
• Responsibility include staff training and competency assessment, quality control monitoring, equipment maintenance, inventory management, troubleshooting testing issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting with audits and quality-improvement activities,
