Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to the exam room.
• Prepare patients for the provider.
• Manage patient flow and organizes exam rooms.
• Enter patients’ complaints and medical information.
• Schedule follow-up appointments.
• Provide educational material based on visit.
• Fax or call in prescriptions.
• Support patient care during examinations.
