Job summary

Podiatry Service Company LLC seeks a Medical Assistant for a tiered program across multiple podiatry locations. The role advances through Tier 1–Tier 3 based on performance, skill mastery, and evaluations. You will support clinicians, prep exam rooms, manage EMR documentation, and participate in clinical testing programs while traveling between locations.

The MA will collaborate with providers to ensure safe, efficient patient care and continuous professional development within a structured path.

Qualifications

Support safe, efficient, patient-centered care across all locations.
Proficiently navigate EMR, document encounters, and update records.
Maintain infection control standards and coordinate with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

Participate in morning huddles and prepare exam rooms.
Stock, clean, and sanitize rooms and equipment between patients.
Update schedules, room assignments, and visit status in real time.
Enter patient histories, vitals, and medication reconciliation.
Communicate orders, provide patient education materials, and prep documentation.
Assist with labs, imaging requisitions, and referrals as needed.
Travel between locations to support multiple podiatry sites.
