Job summary

Neville Foot & Ankle Centers, a leading podiatry practice with multiple locations, is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our busy clinical team. You will assist physicians, help manage 20+ patient days, and ensure precise EHR documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years MA experience and ECW familiarity, plus strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting focused on foot and ankle care, with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Familiarity with ECW or similar EMR systems.
• Able to manage 20+ patients per day in a busy clinic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Orthopedic or podiatry experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of foot and ankle care preferred.
• Proficient in charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures.
• Chart and update Electronic Health Records accurately.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care.
• Maintain smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
