Job summary

Las Vegas Foot and Ankle Centers, part of Balance Health, seeks a Medical Assistant to support back-office clinical and administrative duties across Horizon Ridge, Eastern Ave., and Henderson Hospital locations. The role is full-time, with hours 7:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of MA experience, a high school diploma, and thrives in a fast-paced podiatry setting, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant in a professional medical office (podiatry preferred).
• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with extreme patience and professionalism.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office clinical and administrative duties with physicians and team.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and smooth workflow.
• Float between Horizon Ridge, Eastern Ave., and Henderson Hospital locations as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and patient flow.
