The role offers weekend coverage possibilities and opportunities for supplemental clinical work. You will treat both adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with interpreters available and the potential for Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Active New York State Podiatry license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Commitment to accessible, community-based healthcare.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient podiatric care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common foot and ankle conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Perform appropriate office-based podiatric services within training and scope.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, prevention, and ongoing foot care.
• Coordinate care with primary care clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the organization’s multidisciplinary, team-based approach.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver accessible, culturally responsive care to a diverse urban population.
• Perform additional clinical responsibilities within the scope of the position.
