Competitive compensation: base salary $180k–$225k plus production incentives and retention bonus.

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited school of podiatric medicine.
• Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program.
• Active California podiatric medical license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellent patient care and ethical practice.
• Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform in-office and surgical procedures as indicated.
• Manage wound care and diabetic limb preservation.
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications, orthotics, and therapy plans.
• Educate patients on prevention and long-term care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in hospital rounding and provide call coverage on an alternating weekend schedule.
