Advanced Foot & Ankle Care Centers in Chicago, IL seeks a Podiatrist to provide high-quality in-home care as a 1099 independent contractor. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a supportive team and an existing patient base.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM–5 PM or finish earlier when visits are complete), with a large geriatric population. Flexible pay options include 50% of collections or 40% of collections with an $80K+ base salary, plus mileage reimbursement and an insurance

Qualifications

• Note-taking is required; documentation via Practice Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home podiatry care to patients.

Podiatrist – Home Visit Practice | Chicago, IL

Join a well-established mobile podiatry practice serving the Chicago community! We’re seeking a motivated Podiatrist (1099/Independent Contractor) to provide quality in-home care to our patients. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, a supportive team, and an existing patient base.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM–5 PM, or end your day early when patient visits are complete)
• Established, loyal patient base (approximately 90% geriatric population)
• Routine foot care with some wound care cases
• Note-taking required; Practice Fusion used for documentation
• Direct access to the Medical Director for guidance and support

• Flexible pay structure: Choose between 50% of collections or 40% of collections with an $80K+ base salary
