Job summary
Balance Health, the nation's premier lower-extremity focused physician practice, seeks a qualified Podiatrist to join our Albany and San Pablo, CA team under the Chief Medical Officer. You will provide routine and referral podiatric services, diagnose and treat foot/ankle conditions, and help educate patients on prevention and care plans.
The ideal candidate holds a California Podiatrist license, a DPM degree, completes a residency, and has at least three years of experience.
Qualifications
- Current active license as a Podiatrist in California.
- Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine from an Accredited School of Podiatry.
- Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program.
- Minimum of three (3) years applicable professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Examines patients' legs and feet to diagnose diseases and care needs.
- Treats bone, muscle, and joint disorders of the feet and ankles.
- Performs wound care management and prescribes appropriate therapies.
- Maintains medical records and collaborates with care teams.
