The Staff Pad in Pomona, California is seeking a part-time Podiatrist to join a Federally Qualified Health Center. The role begins with a Friday–Saturday schedule and offers potential expansion to additional locations and hours in 2027.

You will diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, work with primary care teams, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient-centered care. This position emphasizes preventive foot care for a diverse population, collaboration with healthcare

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Current and unrestricted California DPM license.
• DEA registration and CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).
• 2+ years podiatrist experience; FQHC experience preferred.
• Experience providing culturally competent care to diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered podiatric care to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history and diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions; perform in-office procedures.
• Deliver wound care and diabetic foot care; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Meet productivity expectations and participate in trainings and safety programs.
