Job summary

360Care is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible podiatrist to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will focus on diabetic foot care, wound management, and foot pain assessment, while we handle scheduling, billing, and IT support.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, remote tech support, and field mentorship from the Clinical Director as you provide compassionate care to underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible podiatrist in good standing
• Active state license in the United States
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect with patients with empathy and compassion
• Willingness to travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Experience using an EMR system for notes and charting

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care to residents in geriatric and underserved communities
• Perform diabetic foot care, wound assessment and management
• Contribute to care plans and clinical decisions
• Document patient notes accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with facility staff and care coordination team

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

• Diabetic Foot Care
• Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
• Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
• Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting
