Job summary

360care in Mississippi seeks a dedicated mobile Podiatrist to enhance the well-being of senior patients in various care facilities. This role allows you to focus on delivering exceptional podiatric services without the hassle of scheduling and billing, as all support is provided by our team.

Successful candidates will have graduated from an accredited Podiatry school, possess an active license, and show excellent communication and empathetic skills. Enjoy flexible scheduling with no evenings or weekends required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state required.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality podiatry care focused on geriatric patients.
• Make clinical decisions independently.
• Coordinate with a Care Coordination team for scheduling and billing.

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

• Diabetic Foot Care
• Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
• Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
• Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
• Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
• Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
• Routine nail and footcare

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting
