Lubetzky Family Foundation is seeking a Platform & Community Coordinator to manage Daniel Lubetzky’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. You will convert a content calendar into platform-native posting, write in Daniel’s voice, and build real relationships with our community in comments.

The role is hands-on, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and a passion for the Builders philosophy—viewing challenges as opportunities to build and grow.

Qualificações

• 0-2+ years of experience in platform and community management.
• Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and Threads; strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and X.
• Excellent copywriting skills with ability to write in someone else’s voice.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement best practices - what drives comments, saves, shares, and loyalty.
• Comfort working across multiple platforms and content types in a single day, with sharp instincts for platform-native content.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the content calendar into a consistent, platform-optimized posting practice across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and X.
• Adapt format, tone, and pacing for each platform’s native audience and algorithm.
• Work closely with the Content Producer to ensure posting cadence keeps pace with the content pipeline.
• Publish weekly Build or Break episodes across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all platforms.
• Partner with the SEO team to load weekly episode content into the Daniel Lubetzky website backend.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and trackers.
• Assist with wiring post copy across channels and cultivate the podcast’s voice across its channels.
• Engage with fans, monitor sentiment, and surface trends to the content team.
• Drive cross-collaboration on content between Daniel Lubetzky and Build or Break channels.
