Job summary

Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Digital Designer, Podcasts to support its growing podcast portfolio. You will shape visual identity across social, YouTube, and digital channels, developing scalable design systems and brand standards while producing motion graphics and thumbnails.

You’ll collaborate with Producers, Social Strategists, and leadership to elevate content, maintain consistency across shows, and deliver platform-optimized creative assets for campaigns and tentpole events.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional graphic, digital, and motion design experience (sports, entertainment, media preferred).
• Strong portfolio with social-first design, full brand systems, digital campaigns, thumbnails.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers, Social Strategists, marketing, and leadership on shaping the visual identity across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X).
• Own and evolve design standards across the network with scalable design systems maintaining brand identity.
• Lead visual conceptualization of new podcast and channel launches across YouTube, social, and digital platforms.
• Create reusable designs including social templates, thumbnails, motion packages, lower thirds, quote cards, and recurring segments.
• Design assets for sponsorships aligning with campaign requirements.
• Produce high-impact static and motion graphics for promotion, campaigns, events, and tentpole moments.
• Optimize assets per platform with best practices for aspect ratios, captions, and performance.
