Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional podcast experience.
• Expert knowledge of Pro Tools.
• Experience with Riverside and Descript for remote sessions.
• Strong signal flow, mic techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication, guiding guests through setup calmly.
• Experience supporting video podcast productions preferred.
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro and studio systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engineer in-studio and remote podcast recording sessions.
• Prepare studios, mics, routing, and talkback systems.
• Record and manage multitrack audio assets.
• Edit, clean, and mix episodes in Pro Tools.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and talent to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot audio issues during live and recorded sessions.
• Support video podcast workflows and asset delivery.
• Maintain consistent loudness and delivery standards.
