ALO is hiring a Printer Technician to support print-on-demand production, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printers, conveyors, and automation systems on site. You will work with Operations and Facilities to minimize downtime and ensure quality output.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with three-phase 480 VAC systems, PLCs, and reading technical drawings. Safety and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair production printers, automated equipment, and conveyors.
• Read and follow engineering drawings and manuals.
• Maintain safety and quality procedures during maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on printers.
• Respond to downtime and communicate status to Operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per safety procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized software or support.
• Maintain and repair three-phase systems and PLCs.
• Document diagnostics and parts used in CMMS or records.
