Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr. Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst to provide expert operational support for highly classified national security space missions. You will execute and oversee compartmented STO operations, deliver high-fidelity reports, and coordinate deconfliction with multiple centers and partners.

Requires senior-level experience with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. This on-site role at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience or
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or
• No degree with 14+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee complex compartmented STO operations supporting national security space missions
• Lead development and delivery of high-fidelity operational reports, briefings, and decision-support products
• Coordinate and deconflict mission planning activities across multiple operations centers and mission partners
• Administer and ensure compliance with ACCM requirements
• Conduct in-depth operational assessments to identify system gaps, mission risks, and threat implications
• Provide expert operational feedback to acquisition offices and mission stakeholders on system requirements and performance
• Support integration of new capabilities, automation efforts, and operational enhancements
• Mentor junior STO personnel and support team execution of mission objectives
