Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a NAVWAR Assessment Specialist to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) at Kirtland AFB, NM.

You will plan, execute, and report on PNT assessments, using GIANT/STK to analyze RF environments and deliver actionable insights to combatant commanders. The role requires an Interim Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI, a BA/BS in a related field, and at least five years of relevant DoD assessment experience.

Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• BA/BS in engineering, statistics, math, operations, CS, IT, or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in DoD assessment.
• Strong understanding of DoD assessment methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of PNT capabilities, technologies and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on PNT assessments for NAVWAR; analyze RF environments using modeling tools.
• Prepare, route, and review documents for JNWC assessments to meet high standards.
• Create and review event annexes and checklists for assessments.
• Ensure assessments comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft technical and non-technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain scenario plans for future assessments; ensure readiness.
• Work under tight time constraints with minimal supervision.
