CA C I International Inc. is seeking a RF Modeling and Simulation Analyst at the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) in New Mexico to enable PNT superiority for DoD and partners.

Located at Kirtland AFB, NM, the role supports modeling, simulation, and assessment of NAVWAR capabilities across domains. You will contribute to turning space, cyberspace, and electronic warfare concepts into SVNs and VPNT improvements, performing analyses for OPLAN and joint planning, and working with vendors and

Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• BS in engineering (Electrical or Computer Engineering) or related field.
• Experience researching and developing NAVWAR-based missions payloads.
• Ability to develop and analyze models for distributed electronic sensing effects.
• Prior leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer NAVWAR signal processing solutions to define system architecture.
• Develop and implement client requirements for RF solutions for airborne missions.
• Perform HWIL testing on systems susceptible to PNT/GPS denial or deception.
• Interface development and create software algorithms and models for simulation.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to integrate solutions.
• Debug, test, and validate capabilities through unit tests and scenarios.
