Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in communications or navigation, GNSS experience, Linux/Windows, and proficiency in Python, C++, or C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years’ technical experience in communications or navigation.
• GPS or GNSS experience.
• Experience testing hardware in the loop.
• Knowledge or interest in digital design and processing or radio frequency signals.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in areas of communications, navigation, and electrical engineering.
• Lab experience including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, soldering, populating/fixing PCBs.
• Experience with Linux and Windows based operating systems.
• Strong knowledge with Python, C#, C++, or other similar languages.
• Experience managing customer relations and technical writing.
• Good verbal communications skills and ability to work in teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-disciplined engineering and analysis primarily in the areas of Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT), GNSS, Communications, signal propagation theory, or electronics.
• Develop and plan technical approaches and assess program resources, system performance, and risks.
• Provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, constraint development and implementation for complex systems.
• Author reports, develop and provide presentations, plans, and contribute insights in support of the program.
• Potentially serve as group leaders for complex tasks requiring extensive knowledge in multiple technical disciplines.
