Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Preferred: operating room experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years patient experience in clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection, troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up.
• Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to ensure implantation success.
• Provide external staff education on bandage changes and product specs.
• Support patients and physicians with timely product follow-up and address needs as needed.
• Assist sales reps by meeting with existing/potential clients to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product benefits.
• Maintain clinical literature and marketing collateral at facilities.
• Coordinate with SPR team for training and education initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of SPR products and competitive devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to educate physicians and hospital staff on SPR products.
