An Instructional Assistant in Nursing applies knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and techniques in assisting students with problems related to their assignments.
Duties include the following:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing.
Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, valid, unrestricted license in the state of Ohio.
Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Please ensure that your resume includes both the months and years of work for each of your previous employers, to comply with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Prefer teaching experience in a Practical Nursing Program. Recent teaching experience in an education/staff development department will also be considered.
Must be flexible to work during the week, evenings, or weekends.
