Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of journey‑level work experience in one or more of the building, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or related trade areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs new construction and installation work across Parks facilities and structures.
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes maintenance, repair, and construction projects.
• Oversees complex assignments through completion and ensures code compliance.
• Determines materials, costs, and orders supplies for projects.
• Provides direction and training to other maintenance staff.
