Job summary

United Global Technologies, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing infrastructure delivery project manager. The initial contract is 1 year, with possible extension to 2 years (not guaranteed).

Hybrid work: 1 day per week onsite or 3 days per month onsite, with potential evenings and weekends for releases. The role oversees networking, servers, storage, AWS/cloud, and data center dependencies, coordinating across engineering, security, applications and operations.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on management of infra projects involving networking, servers, storage, AWS/cloud, data centers and dependencies.
• Project ownership from initiation through deployment, validation and handoff.
• Coordinate engineering, security, applications and operations; identify, mitigate and escalate risks.

Initial contract: 1 year; possible extension to 2 years, not guaranteed. Hybrid: 1 day/week OR 3 days/month onsite. Production and maintenance releases may require evenings/weekends; manager may coordinate schedule flexibility to limit overtime.

This is a customer-facing infrastructure delivery PM, not a general software PM or PMO-only reporting role.

• Active PMP certification — mandatory.
• Hands-on management of infrastructure projects involving networking, servers, storage, AWS/cloud, data centers and technical dependencies.
• Project ownership from initiation through deployment, validation and operational handoff.
• Coordination of engineering, security, applications and operations; proactive risk identification, mitigation and escalation.
• Executive/customer communication, status reporting, decision facilitation, dashboards and dependency tracking.
• Ability to commute to an approved office and support occasional evening/weekend releases.

Preferred: Agile certifications and SAFe experience (not automatic disqualifiers).
