Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, seeks a Manager, PMO Training, Development & Certification to lead the end-to-end design, governance, and continuous improvement of the PMO training framework for the NGS Project Execution Department.

You will direct a team responsible for training development, certification administration, onboarding coordination, and reporting, partnering with HR and Project Operations to prepare Deputy Project Managers through Principal Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field with 7+ years of PMO/training experience.
• Experience developing training programs, certification frameworks, and competency models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of the Standardized Training and Certification Program.
• Manage a team delivering training content, certification, onboarding, and governance.
• Collaborate with HR and Project Operations to align curricula with project requirements.
• Define certification criteria, re-certification, and performance reporting.
• Provide updates on program status, participation, and ROI to leadership.
