Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field or equivalent healthcare PMO experience.
• 3+ years of management or project management experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for project managers.
• Serve as first escalation point for project issues, risks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, governance and documentation standards.
• Monitor portfolio health and proactively identify risks and delivery challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration between PMs, leaders, and executives.
• Support resource planning, workload balancing, and project prioritization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
• Assist onboarding, training, and professional development of PMs.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and consistency across the portfolio.
