Job summary

Bedford College Group is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives across digital transformation, IT, estates and operational change. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

The role is permanent and full-time at Bedford College Cauldwell Street Campus, with 37 hours per week, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, and a strong focus on governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised project management qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end across IT, estates and business change.
• Strong budgeting and governance abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop documentation, manage risks and budgets, provide reporting to boards.
• Coordinate stakeholder, supplier and change activities across projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and PMO standards across the college.
