Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Project Manager 1 to provide professional project management and process improvement on engagements that run three to twelve months, or subprojects within a multi-year program.

You will lead hands-on planning and execution, manage scope, schedules, risks and change, and coordinate with IT, Risk, Legal and Operations teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required for the primary responsibilities.
• 5+ years of related project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple small to medium projects across IT, Risk, Legal, Operations and Lines of Business.
• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule with milestones and target/actual dates.
• Prepares project status reports and conducts regular status update meetings; facilitates change management.
• Acts as RFP Manager on assigned RFPs; oversees RFP development, vendor selection and contract flow.
• Understands organizational change management and implements strategies to maximize adoption of changes.
• Presents to Executive Level Management on project status, issues and risks.
